A recent video shared by YouTuber and influencer Sarthak Sachdeva has ignited public discussion, focusing on a momo stall in India that proved to be more profitable than many expected. Known for his online presence with over 1.47 million subscribers, Sachdeva documented his day working at a popular street food stall and provided an inside look into the daily operations and earnings of the small business, which left viewers both surprised and intrigued.

In the viral video—currently boasting over 25 million views on Instagram—Sachdeva immersed himself in the role to gain insight into the bustling life at the momo stall. As the orders came in for plates of steamed momo priced at Rs 60 and tandoori momo priced at Rs 80, Sachdeva recorded the pace and volume of sales, with around 55 plates sold in just the first 90 minutes. By the end of a four-hour shift, the stall had sold approximately 121 plates of steamed momo and 60–70 plates of tandoori momo, amassing total earnings of around Rs 13,500.

Seeking further insight, Sachdeva asked the stall owner about the breakdown of profits and expenses. After deducting costs estimated between Rs 6,000 and Rs 7,000 for ingredients and operations, the net profit was calculated at roughly Rs 7,500 to Rs 8,000 for the day—a figure that surprised many viewers. According to the owner, he was earning approximately Rs 30 lakh annually.

The video drew thousands of comments, sparking a wave of sarcastic reactions online. “He insulted my degree in every possible way,” one viewer remarked, while another commented, “So all my education is going to waste.” Another user reflected, “If I’d invested my tuition fees in a momo stall, maybe I’d have opened a school by now.”

"Bro is forcing me to stop preparing for JEE," a user wrote. Another user stated, "Bro giving us a thousand reasons to leave studies."
