Bryan Johnson said he finds the practice I find that it is 'most conducive to the best, high-quality sleep'.

Bryan Johnson, the millionaire obsessed with reversing his age, has revealed that he fasts for 18 hours every day. His first meal of the day is at 5 am and the last at 11 am, he shared during a podcast with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia.

“I eat all my food within a six-hour window. My last meal of the day is at 11 am. So, I fast all the way up to bedtime. I like six hours of eating and 18 hours of fasting. Each person is different. I find that it is most conducive to the best, high-quality sleep,” the 47-year-old said.

Johnson also revealed his “anti-ageing diet.” “Lentils, vegetables, berries, nuts, seeds, and extra virgin olive oil. (I) avoid sugar, processed foods, fried foods, additives, and ingredients the names of which you can’t read,” he said.

Last week, the tech mogul had claimed that he had reversed his balding. He said that he had begun to lose hair and go grey in his late 20s, but now, at 47, he has a full head of hair, and 70 percent of his greys are gone.

"Genetically, I should be bald," Johnson wrote on X. "Contrary to popular belief, you can maintain your hair well into your 40s and beyond. In 12 months, I went from a Norwood 3 to a Norwood 2."

Earlier this month, he underwent a procedure to remove all of his plasma and replace it with a protein called albumin. “The therapy objectives are to remove toxins from my body,” Johnson wrote in a tweet. “The evidence is emergent.” He called his plasma so pure that a medical professional “couldn’t bring himself to throw it away.”
