Recently, it was reported that Pod2G and his team of hackers from the Chronic Dev Team released an untethered jailbreak for iDevices using Apple’s A5 chipset, such as the iPad 2 and iPhone 4S. This jailbreak, like all other jailbreaks in the past will give iOS device users the option to extend the capabilities of their device by using tweaks and settings that Apple has not provided with the stock OS. However, when the jailbreak was released it was available only for Apple Mac devices and there was no option for Windows users to use this untethered jailbreak. Now, according to a report by iPhonefaq, this untethered jailbreak has been extended to Windows users, too.
