Redesigned Apple sync cable appears online

Ever since the rumours of the iPhone 5 emerged, there has been a lot of talks surrounding the new dock connector. The reason for this is because it will be the first time Apple will change the dock connector since they launched the first iPod. This bit of information has stirred the Internet and since the first time the news of the redesigned dock connector surfaced, the component has received as much interest as the upcoming iPhone. A recent report by iLounge has now got access to Apple’s future sync cable, giving us a preview of what it is expected to look like once unveiled.As per the report, the author Charles Starrett states, “The cable appears to be highly similar to past Apple cables, with a full-sized USB plug on one end and what appears to be Apple’s newly shrunken 8-pin connector on the other.” He goes on to add, “It is unclear whether the part shown is a replacement cable or a genuine Apple part with pre-production markings.”
