Around this time, last month, we received a whiff of news stating that Apple was toying around with the idea of buying Anobit Technologies, an Israel-based, flash memory technology maker, who're also the manufacturers of the flash memory drive for the iPhone. Now, Bloomberg confirms that the deal has gone through and Apple has bought Anobit Technologies for roughly $390 million. The news comes at the fag end of two weeks long negotiations, and reportedly the actual buying amount is much lesser than what the rumours stated they would be. While the report confirms the amount for which the deal concluded, Apple themselves did not state anything.
