Apple unlikely to host an iPad 3 event in February

Rumours of Apple‘s upcoming iPad have been around for quite some time now with many analysts and reports stating that it will be officially unveiled

Rumours of Apple’s upcoming iPad have been around for quite some time now and many analysts and reports state that it will be officially unveiled during the first quarter of 2012. However, the exact month of the launch has always been speculated upon. A few weeks back it was reported that Apple would hold a ‘Special’ event in early February and all indications pointed to the unveiling of the next generation of Apple’s tablet. With the announcement supposedly being scheduled in February, the next iPad was rumoured to hit shelves by March. However, as per a report by Macotakara, instead of a special event, sources have informed them that the Cupertino brand will hold a ‘Strange’ event instead that was supposedly scheduled for this month.
