Resident Evil 6 is seeing a lot of headlines these days, especially with its release date inching ever closer. Capcom is notorious for milking its games with DLCs (downloadable content). Resident Evil 6, being published by Capcom, is bound to be hit by the DLC stick, and now, Capcom has announced that three of Resident Evil 6’s multiplayer modes will only be available through paid DLCs according to The Escapist. The DLCs are to be timed exclusives for the Xbox 360, with no word from Capcom about the PlayStation 3 or PC versions for the DLCs. The three multiplayer modes include Predator mode, Siege mode and Survivor mode.In Predator mode, one player plays the “Ustanak”, who is a huge monster, reminiscent of the Tank from Left 4 Dead. The Ustanak has to go around the map and kill all the other players. Siege mode is a team based escort mission mode where one team has to keep an NPC alive while the other team has to kill it. The third mode, Survivor mode, is a team-based mode where one team has to survive the other team’s (who are zombies) attempts to kill them. If a survivor dies in this mode, he respawns as a zombie and the game becomes a last-man-standing ordeal.
