New iMacs launch today, to reach authorised resellers in 20 days

It was recently reported that the new iMacs would be going on sale in India from today; however, several sources have informed us that this was highly unlikely and the minimum time it will take to land on Indian shelves is 20 days.We have spoken to our sources and they have stated that though Apple may have announced it, the waiting period is usually a month minimum. The products are expected to launch in India on the same day as the US, but the stocks usually come here later. This has been a trend since the last few years. And this is applicable only to the Macs, and not other iOS devices. When Apple announces iOS devices and provides a launch date, the products launch on that date itself.
