iBall has launched the newest phone in its Andi line-up, dubbed the iBall Andi 4.5H. The phone, according to iBall, is available at a price of Rs 12,490.According to iBall, the phone has an IPS display panel with a 1GHz dual core Cortex A9 processor powering it. It also comes with dual-SIM functionality and 1GB RAM. The device runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
