Dell to discontinue sale of 7-inch Streak tablet in the U.S

Dell Streak 7 tablet, which was Dell's entrant in the tablet, after the previously stalled Streak 5 tablet has reached the end of its run in the U.S market, confirms a graphic on the company’s official site. Although, it has not been made clear as to what triggered this decision of the company, rumour mills have been churning. According to a report in PC World, Dell has been spending sleepless nights over the raging success of the likes of the Kindle Fire and the iPad that have been selling so well in the U.S. The Fire, especially has been selling at the same price as Streak 7 after rebates.Click here for full story
