Samsung fails to lift U.S sales ban on Galaxy Tab 10.1

According to the latest bit of information coming in pertaining to the Apple-Samsung lawsuit, Samsung has failed to get the U.S. sales ban effective on its Galaxy Tab 10.1 lifted, yet again, thereby bringing much disappointment to itself. According to reports, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit refused to lift the existing preliminary injunction on Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 in its latest ruling. As per Foss Patents, at the ruling, Samsung was denied two motions pertaining to the preliminary injunction on the sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 scored by Apple, sometime ago.  In its latest ruling, the court also denied Samsung's request to expedite its appeal on the matter.
