Google was, all this while, working on something similar and it has come up with its own - Schemer. Signing up for this service is still in its invite-only beta period; hence if you do want an invite, you'd have to click on the 'Add me to the Waitlist' tab in red below. Once you specify your e-mail id and your location, you can expect to receive your invite mail.
