Additional Sessions Judge Dharmender Rana granted the relief to the activist after the Delhi Police said it needed time to conduct further interrogation before filing a detailed reply to Muluk's anticipatory bail plea.
Disha's custody was necessitated to confront her with co-accused Nikita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk, the prosecution told the bench.
The Delhi Police has been restrained by the court from taking any coercive action against Nikita Jacob till the order on her transit bail plea is issued.
