Chief Minister Pramod Sawant is likely to present the state's Budget for 2023-24 on March 28, while the House will not have a sitting on March 30 due to Ram Navami, he said.
"Various fees and cess related to mining have been reduced considerably. This reduction, coupled with Export duty exemption (on ore) announced by the Central government will help in resuming mining activity in the state," Goa Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Narayan Bandekar said.
