The project will offer 3BHK and 4BHK residencies, with the larger inventory consisting of 3BHK homes. The apartment prices will start from Rs 3 crore and will go up to Rs 5.7 crore depending on the size of the flat.

Till date, Emaar India has set up projects in the National Capital Region, Mohali, Hyderabad, Indore, and elsewhere, part of it with its erstwhile joint venture with the MGF group.
Emaar India has sold out all 424 flats launched in the first phase for Rs 1,723 crore in revenue. It received 10 times subscription with 4,259 expression of interests for the 424 homes available.
