The startup plans to launch call-deflection agents, an AI-native CRM with a memory layer and an app store for community-built workflows

Arkam Ventures is also an investor in Jai Kisan, one of India’s fastest-growing rural fintech platforms for farmers and retailers, and Jumbotail, India’s leading B2B food and grocery marketplace and retail platform
With Fund II, Arkam expects to deploy more capital and back its founders and companies in follow-on rounds as well. Arkam expects to close the fund by the end of this financial year.
The fund invests in pre-series A to Series B companies with investments in the range of Rs 10-20 crore and its portfolio includes startups such as Smallcase, Krazybee, Jar, Smart staff, Jai Kisan and Signzy.
The funding round was led by Arkam Ventures, and also involved other global venture capital firms including Antler India, Picus Capital (Germany), M Venture Partners (Singapore), BECO Capital (Dubai) and 2am VC (United States).
