The Parivartan Mahashakti, a grouping of non-MVA and non-Mahayuti parties, on Monday announced candidates for 10 Maharashtra assembly seats.
The group comprises Raju Shetti's Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana, Sambhaji Chhatrapati's Maharashtra Surajya Paksh, and MLA Bacchu Kadu's Prahar Janshakti.
In a press conference, Shetti said Baccu Kadu has been re-nomninated from Achalpur, while Anil Chodhary will contest from Raver, Ganesh Nimbalkar from Chandwad, Subhash Samne from Deglur, Ankush Kadam from Airoli, Madhav Devsarkar from Hadgaon Himayatnagar, Govind Bhanvar from Hingoli and Vamanrao Chatap from Rajura.
Shirol and Miraj (in Sangli district) have been allotted to Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana and candidates for these two seats will be announced later, Shetti said.
The remaining candidates will be announced soon, said Sambhaji Chhatrapati said.
Maharashtra assembly polls will be held on November 20, while results will be declared on November 23.
