The Mumbai Police Control Room received a bomb threat call on Tuesday, where the caller threatened to bomb Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
After receiving the threat, police teams and bomb squad experts quickly carried out a detailed search of the airport area.
Following several hours of intensive checking, officials confirmed that no suspicious objects or explosives were discovered.

Police traced the call and arrested the suspect, reports Republic World.
According to initial reports, the caller identified as Manjeet Kumar Gautam, a 35-year-old resident of Kherani Road near Durga Mata Temple in the Sakinaka area.
According to a report by Republic World, the suspect, originally from Uttar Pradesh, is currently being questioned by the MIDC unit of the Mumbai Police.
No suspicious items have been found on him till now. A case has been registered against the individual, said sources.
This marks the second such incident to occur in Mumbai within the past week.
