As we mourn the loss of lives, India has emerged as a decisive, resolute nation demonstrating a paradigm shift in the way we deal with terrorists, terror infrastructure and rogue nations and what Indian government, the Indian armed forces demonstrated, in the form of a military operation called Operation Sindoor, was that we are all for peace but if you try and tinker with the peace within our country and cause injury and death to our people, we will not spare the terrorist infrastructure wherever it may be and therefore cross border strikes were made and as a result terror infrastructure across the border was destroyed..."

India-Pakistan News Live: Oppn waiting for Centre to hold dialogue on national security, says Ramesh
Ramesh pointed out that since April 22, the Congress and other Opposition parties have been demanding an all-party meeting to address the political implications of the April 22 terror attack.
“Two meetings were held, but the Prime Minister was not present. Later, Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge wrote to the PM, urging him to convene a special session,” he noted.
“The China issue also remains undiscussed. In the midst of these demands, the Centre suddenly announced a caste census and now these international delegations. This is clearly an attempt to shift focus,” Ramesh said.
He reiterated that while the government is engaging in global outreach, the Opposition is still waiting for a meaningful dialogue in Parliament on national security and foreign policy concerns.
