Man with shoe on head forced to apologise over old dispute in MP’s Shivpuri; one held

A man was allegedly forced to apologise in public with a shoe placed on his head in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri district, apparently over an old dispute with an individual, police said on Sunday.

400 new BSNL towers to come up in Naxal-affected areas of Chhattisgarh: Union minister

The Central government is planning to install 400 new BSNL towers in Naxalite-affected and remote areas in Chhattisgarh to strengthen digital communication, Union Minister Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani said on Sunday.

Ahead of Bihar Assembly elections, Pappu Yadav on Sunday said that Union Minister and Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas) President Chirag Paswan and Jan Suraaj Party (JSP) chief Prashant Kishor have formed an alliance.
