We are all set for the Super Over to begin. Sherfane Rutherford and Shai Hope walk out to bat for West Indies. Mustafizur Rahman has been handed the ball. Let's go...

... SUPER OVER, FIRST INNINGS ...

Bangladesh will be playing their first-ever Super Over in men's internationals. Pressure will be on both sides, and if you did not know, it will be the West Indies batting first, as the rule is that the chasing side in the regular contest will bat first. The hosts will have to take inspiration from that last over and restrict the Windies to as low as possible, while the visitors will hope to set up a target that they can defend on this tricky wicket. Let's see how things pan out now.

Would you believe it? We are heading to a Super Over in this 2nd ODI, and the players and coaching staff of both sides look absolutely stunned at how we have got here. Nurul Hasan looks dejected after dropping that catch, but credit must go to Saif Hassan for the way he handled pressure in that last over, giving away just four runs. Also, Shai Hope for the way he has batted did not deserve to see his side lose like this, and the Windies have a chance of redemption now.

49.6DROPPED AND WE ARE GOING TO A SUPER OVER! Saif Hassan is down on his haunches in disappointment. Drags the length back, does Saif, on middle. Khary Pierre goes for the slog sweep again but is unable to get under the ball in a fashion he would have liked. Skies it up towards square leg, around the edge of the circle. The keeper, Nurul Hasan calls for it as he sprints to his right and dives in front but fails to cling on. The ball drops on the ground beside him and the converging Mustafizur Rahman tries to pick it up and release the throw but juggles a bit and it is enough for the batters to complete the second run. Incredible scenes in Mirpur. After 100 overs, there is nothing separating the two sides.

Khary Pierre is the last man in. Shai Hope can only watch and hope from the other end now. Pierre needs to hit a boundary or six to win the game, but if he manages a couple, it will be a tie.

49.5OUT! TIMBER! You miss, I hit, says Saif Hassan! Unbelievable scenes in Mirpur. This is fired in by Hassan, full in length, on the off pole. Hosein walks across, gets down on a knee and attempts the slog sweep for the third time in the over. The ball sneaks past the inside edge, brushes the front pad and goes through the legs of the batter to crash into the off pole. Hope is left stranded at the other end with the West Indies needing 3 off the final ball.

A bit of a conference between the batters now. It's nail-biting stuff here, and if the scores are level here, we will head into a Super Over.

49.4Stays around the wicket, does Saif for the right-hander. This is pushed across, on the shorter side. Hope goes on the back foot and punches it away to deep cover for a single. 3 required off 2 for the Windies.

49.3Quick single sneaked in! Flat and short, on off, Hosein hangs on the back foot and waits for the ball to arrive. Dabs it in front of backward point and sets off. Tanvir Islam gets rid of the ball quickly and fires in a throw towards the batting end. Nurul Hasan breaks the stumps and it is referred upstairs but the replays show that Nurul did not gather it and dislodged the bails without having the ball in his hand. 4 needed from 3 for West Indies.

49.2And again! Another one from Saif that stays low, on a nagging length. Akeal Hosein is across his stumps and has a hack across the line but fails to connect.

49.1Saif starts well! Akeal makes the early shuffle across the stumps but Saif holds his line and length. Fires in from around the wicket. Hosein gets down on a knee for the slog sweep but misses.

5 needed in the last over. The only bowler left who has bowled in this game is Saif Hassan. Maybe a bit of miscalculation from Mehidy Hasan Miraz to keep him for the final over. There is a big discussion going on between the Bangladesh players about who will bowl this over. Soumya Sarkar is an option, but it will be Saif Hassan. Can he defend 4 runs here?

48.6Rahman bangs it into the surface, outside off. Akeal Hosein swings across the line and does not quite get hold of it. The ball rolls off the inner half to deep mid-wicket for a single. 9 runs off the penultimate over. West Indies need 5 runs from the final over.

48.5On a short of a length, on middle. Shai stands tall and whips it to long on for a single.

48.4FIFTY FOR HOPE! The captain has stood tall in tricky conditions but the job is not over yet and he will look to take the side over the line from here. Very full from Mustafizur Rahman, outside off. Shai gets his bat down and squeezes it away to the left of deep point for a couple of runs. 30th ODI half-century for Hope.

48.3Fizz goes into the wicket again, outside off. Hosein slaps it wide of cover for a single.

48.3Wide! Mustafizur Rahman bends his back and bangs in a bumper but it sails over the batter's head. Akeal Hosein ducks under it. A good take by the keeper, Nurul Hasan as the ball was dipping on him.

48.2Mustafizur Rahman digs it in short, outside off. Akeal Hosein gets on his toes to flat bat it down the ground but the ball gets big on him. Slices it off the upper half of the bat and clears the man at cover. Two runs taken.

48.1Full and going across the right-hander, Shai extends his hands into the drive and hits it to deep cover for a single.

47.6SIX! Up, up and away! Tossed up by Mehidy, on off, on a length. Akeal Hosein walks across his stumps and gets down on a knee to nail the slog sweep over deep mid-wicket for a six. West Indies need 14 runs in 12 balls.

47.5That is flicked off the back foot for a run by Hope.

47.4Punched with sweet timing by Hope but he does not find the gap.

47.3Akeal sweeps it away for a single.

47.2There comes the broom from Shai and the ball is swept away for a run.

47.1This one has been flicked off the back foot for two runs by Shai Hope.

46.6Akeal Hosein  looks to play that away but is comprehensively beaten.

46.5Akeal Hosein cuts it away through point for a couple.

46.4Another off-cutter, on a good length, on middle. Hope chips it uppishly but well away from mid-wicket to his left. The batters cross for one.

46.3FOUR! Beautifully played! Mustafizur Rahman serves the slower one, on a length, on middle. Shai Hope clears the front leg and brings his hands out in front. With a high elbow, he lofts it over mid off for a boundary.

46.2Goes wide on the crease on the over-the-wicket angle, on a back of a length, outside off. Akeal Hosein runs it down to deep third and crosses over.

46.1On a short of a length, on middle. Hope gets on top of the bounce and whips it to deep square leg for one.

45.6Tossed up, on off, on a nagging length. Akeal Hosein rocks back and taps it back to Mehidy.

45.5Beaten! This is pushed through, short and turns away. Akeal Hosein hangs his bat out away from his body and gets beaten on the outside edge.

45.4Angled into the left-hander, short and on off, pushed back to the bowler by Akeal.

45.3Drifting onto the pads, on the shorter side. Shai works it to the right of deep square leg. The batters think about the second but the fielder in the deep is quick to get to the ball and keeps it to a single.

44.6Shortish and on middle, Akeal Hosein nudges it to short mid-wicket.

Akeal Hosein is in next.

44.5OUT! GREAVES IS RUN OUT! Massive moment in this game! A bit of magic in the field from the Bangladesh skipper, and they will feel they can see the light now. Tanvir Islam loops it up, full and on off, Shai Hope pushes it towards covers and sets off for the run. Greaves responds quickly, but Mehidy Hasan Miraz is even quicker to grab the ball and fires in a throw at the batter's end, all in one motion. It is a direct hit and Bangladesh players are celebrating. The replay shows that Greaves is just short of his crease and his reaction says it all here. He walks back for 26 off 39, and the 40-run stand has been broken now. West Indies are 177/8, still needing 37 runs in 31 balls.

43.5Much fuller and on middle, Justin Greaves blocks it out.

43.4FOUR! Did that carry? It looks like it but a tough chance. Mustafizur Rahman bangs this into the pitch, on leg, angling away a bit. Justin Greaves looks to pull but gloves it behind. Nurul Hasan initially moves to his left and fails to adjust and goes down to grab it to the other side, but the ball drops under his gloves and races to the third man fence for a boundary.

39.3Not in control but Greaves gets away with it! Floater by Rishad, on a length, outside off. Justin takes the risk of going against the turn as he gets down on a knee and sets up for the hard sweep. The ball catches the top edge but drops well wide of deep square leg to his left. Two runs taken.

34.1At 86.5 kph, this is full and on off, Shai drives it stylishly to deep cover for a single.

DRINKS! With that wicket, West Indies are in huge trouble. They still need 81 runs, but with only 3 wickets in hand. Everything depends on Shai Hope here and how he manages to play with the lower order. He needs to mix caution with aggression, but will need some support from the other end. Bangladesh will feel like they are almost there, and if they get Hope, it will be done and dusted. Also, Justin Greaves walks out to bat now.

33.6OUT! CAUGHT BEHIND! Bangladesh get the review right and this is a massive scalp! Drifting in from around the wicket, on the fuller side, on off. Chase reaches out in front and presents a straight bat. Plays the line of the ball and hangs his bat out well in front of his body. The ball lands and spins away before going through to the keeper. Bangladesh go up in unison but the umpire's finger stays down. Mehidy Hasan Miraz takes the review instantly and the UltraEdge shows a spike. The ball has grazed the outside edge on its way to the keeper, Nurul Hasan. A brief stay for Chase. West Indies are now 133/7, needing 81 more runs.

Is that out? There is an appeal for caught behind, but the umpire says no. However, Nurul Hasan, the keeper, looks very confident and asks Mehidy Hasan Miraz to take the review. The replay shows that it is very close to the bat, but the bat also hits the ground almost at the same time as the ball passes. 32.5Oh, that snearly sneaked through! This stays low and straightens after pitching, short and on middle. Roston hangs back to deal with it but gets squared up. Manages to get some bat on it as the ball catches the outer half and rolls to point. Had Chase missed that, he would have been trapped right in front.

32.4And again! This is full, on off. Roston lunges but he is not to the pitch of the ball. Hangs his bat out in front but the ball rips past the outside edge.

32.3Throws it up outside off, and the length is dragged back. Roston Chase looks to play the line but is beaten due to the turn.

32.2Tosses it up, full and outside off, Chase slices it to short third.

Roston Chase is the next man in.  Also, this match has created some more history.  It now holds the record for the most aggregate overs bowled by spinners in an ODI game.

32.1OUT! CLEANED HIM UP! Rishad Hossain continues to make an impact on the game! Hossain offers flight, full and on off and middle. Motie's eyes light up as he spots the ball above his eyeline. 31.6Short and turning into the pads, Shai works it to backward square leg from the crease.

31.5Fired in, full and on middle, Motie nurdles it square on the leg side for one.

26.4FOUR! Gets off the mark in style! Shorter in length and around off, Gudakesh Motie gets on top of it and punches it sweetly through extra covers for a boundary.

Gudakesh Motie walks out to bat. The Ball Tracking for the Rutherford dismissal is in. It is umpire's call on hitting, so it would not have mattered much even if West Indies had reviews remaining.

26.3OUT! LBW! Tanvir Islam gets two in two overs! He bowls this a bit flatter, short and on off, turns in sharply. Sherfane Rutherford moves back to flick it across the line but goes through the shot a bit early as the ball sticks to the surface. He misses and gets hit on the front pad. There is an appeal for LBW, and the umpire raises his finger after thinking for a bit. Rutherford is not happy with the decision but he cannot do anything about it as there are no more reviews left. 22.6OUT! TAKEN! What did we just tell you? Rishad Hossain is everywhere. He scored runs, picked up wickets, and now he takes a fantastic catch as well. Tanvir Islam drops it short and around middle, turns in, not a great delivery to be honest. Ackeem Auguste rocks back to pull it away but just fails to get enough elevation. Rishad Hossain at square leg uses every inch of his height and takes a fantastic catch with the ball travelling at the speed of light at him. Auguste departs for 17 off 29. Shai Hope walks in next.

21.2OUT! LBW! You just cannot keep Rishad Hossain out of this game. He gets his second wicket and breaks this budding 30-run stand. This is pushed through quicker, full and on middle, keeps a bit low too. Keacy Carty goes for the premeditated reverse sweep but gets into no position to play that shot and misses it to get hit on the back leg right in front of the stumps. There is a huge appeal for LBW, and up goes the finger. Not sure why Carty is having a chat with his partner because Windies do not have any reviews left. He finally starts walking back after scoring a fine 35 off 59, and West Indies are 82/3, chasing 214.

Bangladesh would have liked to pick up one or two more wickets, but they need to put more pressure on the batters and not let them rotate strike easily. An interesting phase of this chase awaits us.
