The recruitment drive spans critical areas including software engineering, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and managed services, and extends its focus to remote locations.

Team Computers, an IT infrastructure and information solutions provider, plans to hire 1,000 people in 12 months, mainly in tier II and tier III cities. The company will provide remote work options to new recruits.

The company is filling positions in sales, software engineering, managed services, power BI, big data solutions, AI/ML, network and security, and marketing.

With a turnover of over Rs 3,500 crore and more than 4,000 employees, New Delhi-based Team Computers has offices across India. The 35-year-old company aims to strengthen its position and expand its market presence.

“Our company is thriving with a remarkable CAGR of 35 percent, and we've achieved an all-time low attrition rate... We're not just growing domestically, we're also expanding our presence beyond India,” Ranjan Chopra, MD of Team Computers, told Moneycontrol.

The recruitment drive spans critical areas including software engineering, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and managed services, and extends its focus to remote locations.

Specific roles demand varying skill sets. For cloud security, managed services, and security solutions, the requirements differ, based on the position.

“We assess candidates not only for their IQ but also for their commitment and competency. We've made basic IQ tests mandatory for all new hires, encompassing abstract reasoning and numerical applications,” Chopra said.

Moneycontrol reported earlier that Hexaware Technologies plans to hire 5,000-6,000 people in this calendar year with a focus on data skills, digital engineering, app development, cloud infrastructure and Java full-stack.
