Japanese firm Kokuyo to buy 51% stake in Camlin; stock up

Camlin touched an intraday high of Rs 76.60 and an intraday low of Rs 74.55. At 09:30 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 74.95, up Rs 5.30, or 7.61%.

Japanese based firm Kokuyo to buy 51% stake in the company for around Rs 110-115 per share, reports Business Standard.

It was trading with volumes of 463,261 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.00% or Rs 0.70 at Rs 69.65.
