      On August 17, 2012 Amforge Industries Ltd bought 500,000 shares of Mahindra Forgings at Rs 54.30 on the BSE.


      However, Viniyog Invest & Trading Co Pvt Ltd sold 500,000 shares at Rs 54.30.


      On August 17, 2012 the share ended at Rs 54.80, up Rs 0.80, or 1.48%. It touched an intraday high of Rs 56.70 and an intraday low of Rs 54.30.


      The company touched its 52-week high Rs 73.05 and 52-week low Rs 46.05 on 17 Feb, 2012 and 09 Jan, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading -24.98% below its 52-week high and 19% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 505.11 crore.
