Zylog Systems board of directors in their meeting held on May 25, 2012 has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per share (100% on face value of Rs 10) on the equity shares of the company subject to approval of the Shareholders in the Annual General Meeting.

At 09:32 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 284.00, down Rs 0.25, or 0.09%. It touched an intraday high of Rs 293.00 and an intraday low of Rs 278.05.
 
It was trading with volumes of 4,052 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.27% or Rs 3.65 at Rs 284.25.
