Honasa Consumer, the parent company of Mamaearth, reported a net profit of Rs 41.3 crore for the June quarter, marginally up by 2.5 percent on year, while the company reported a net profit of Rs 24.9 crore in the previous quarter, said a company filing August 12.

The revenue from operations rose 7 percent on-year (YoY) to Rs 595.3 crore in Q1FY26, up from Rs 554 crore last year, and Rs 533.5 crore in the previous quarter.

The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) improved 264 basis points to Rs 46 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 7.7 percent.

Total expenses for the Gurugram-based firm increased to Rs 563.6 crore in the quarter ended June, up from Rs 520.4 crore a year ago and Rs 522.2 crore a quarter ago.

“Q1 FY26 marked a strong start to the year, with Honasa delivering its highest-ever quarterly revenue of Rs 595 crore and a record quarterly profit of Rs 41 crore, supported by a sequential improvement in EBITDA margin to 7.7%. Our focus categories, which now contribute over 80% of revenues, posted double-digit growth YoY, reaffirming the strength of our category-first approach," said Varun Alagh, Chairman and CEO and Co-founder, Honasa Consumer Limited.

According to Alagh, the company's younger brands grew  over 20 percent YoY - The Derma Co. sustained strong momentum, with Face Cleansers becoming its third Rs 100 crore+ ARR category after Serums and Sunscreens.

"Our offline distribution remains on a positive trajectory, further enhancing our reach and visibility.
We are strengthening our playbooks by focusing on select, sharply defined category segments within our core categories, driving awareness-led brand building, and executing an ‘always-on’ media strategy," he added.

Data from NielsenIQ showed that Mamaearth’s retail footprint expanded to 240,113 FMCG outlets across India as of Jun 2025, marking a 20 percent YoY increase in distribution.

On August 12, Honasa's shares on BSE closed 1.39 percent higher at Rs 269.9 apiece.
