The situational comedy gives way to a gut-wrenching fear and the ghost to real-life mob lynchers baying for blood in Karan Tejpal’s fast-paced, nail-biting debut thriller Stolen, which was the only Indian film to premiere at the 80th Venice International Film Festival, in the Orizzonti (Horizons) Extra strand.
