Hindalco Industries Limited has announced the launch of the "Saksham Niveshak" campaign, an investor awareness initiative, starting July 28, 2025, and running through November 6, 2025. This campaign aims to encourage shareholders to update their KYC details and claim any unpaid or unclaimed dividends.

The initiative is in response to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA)'s request to companies to reach out to shareholders with unclaimed dividends. Shareholders are requested to update their PAN, nomination details, contact information (postal address, mobile number), bank account details, and specimen signature with the Company or the Registrar & Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited (MUFG).

To update KYC details and claim dividends, shareholders need to submit the following forms:

    • Form ISR-1: Filled and signed, with self-attested KYC documents.
    • Form ISR-2: Filled and signed, with banker's attestation of signature + original cancelled cheque (with name printed) or self-attested bank passbook/statement.
    • Form SH-13: For adding a nominee.

These forms can be submitted either by post to MUFG at C 101, 247 Embassy, L BS Marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400083 or by email from the registered email ID with digitally signed documents to rnt.helpdesk@in.mpms.mufg.com. Shareholders holding shares in electronic form can claim their dividend by updating their details with their respective Depository Participants (DPs).

The company has also uploaded unclaimed/unpaid dividend data for the past seven years on its website at https://www.hindalco.com/investors/shareholder-centre/dividend/unclaimed-dividend.

Shareholders are requested to submit their documents by November 6, 2025. For any assistance, shareholders can reach out to hilinvestors@adityabirla.com.
