Here's what Samir Arora-backed Helios MF bought and sold in August

The fund bought 1.14 lakh shares valued at Rs 58.18 crore (1.48% of AUM), entering the portfolio for the first time.

According to a latest disclosure, Samir Arora-backed Helios MF's flagship Flexi Cap fund's cash holdings in August 2025 increased to 1.50 percent from 0.82 percent during July. The AUM of the fund is Rs 3,938.7 crore.

Holding rose marginally to 12.99 lakh shares, but value fell to Rs 181.62 crore (4.61% of AUM) from Rs 186.08 crore (5.02% of AUM).

The holding was raised by 1.47 lakh shares to 12.13 lakh shares worth Rs 146.41 crore (3.72% of AUM), up from Rs 116.09 crore (3.13% of AUM).

The position rose by 0.63 lakh shares, increasing the holding to 8.91 lakh shares valued at Rs 116.95 crore (2.97% of AUM), up from Rs 113.70 crore (3.07% of AUM).

The fund added 1.01 lakh shares, bringing the total to 12.29 lakh shares worth Rs 107.88 crore (2.74% of AUM), up from Rs 99.35 crore (2.68% of AUM).

The holding was raised by 2.80 lakh shares to 12.16 lakh shares valued at Rs 91.62 crore (2.33% of AUM), up from Rs 70.76 crore (1.91% of AUM).

The fund added 1.82 lakh shares, bringing the holding to 14.98 lakh shares worth Rs 72.97 crore (1.85% of AUM), up from Rs 68.79 crore (1.86% of AUM).

The stake jumped by 19.55 lakh shares to 152.62 lakh shares valued at Rs 82.49 crore (2.09% of AUM), up from Rs 54.97 crore (1.48% of AUM).

The holding rose by 2.96 lakh shares to 16.48 lakh shares worth Rs 77.13 crore (1.96% of AUM), up from Rs 57.47 crore (1.55% of AUM).

The fund increased the position by 2.77 lakh shares, taking the total to 11.97 lakh shares valued at Rs 49.05 crore (1.25% of AUM), up from Rs 37.14 crore (1.00% of AUM).

The holding grew by 19.41 lakh shares to 51.72 lakh shares valued at Rs 50.82 crore (1.29% of AUM), up from Rs 34.95 crore (0.94% of AUM).

The holding was raised by 0.50 lakh shares to 1.57 lakh shares worth Rs 55.79 crore (1.42% of AUM), up from Rs 39.85 crore (1.08% of AUM).

The position was increased by 1.87 lakh shares, taking the total to 11.51 lakh shares valued at Rs 51.80 crore (1.32% of AUM), up from Rs 33.77 crore (0.91% of AUM).
