LTI Mindtree shares surged over 5 percent on April 23 to trade at Rs 4,547 apiece in the afternoon. Bajaj Housing Finance shares however traded in the red with marginal losses at Rs 130 apiece, while Tata Consumer Products shares were up marginally at Rs 1,145 apiece. The three companies are set to announce their results for the fourth quarter of FY25 today.
Nearly 28 companies are announcing their results for the January-March quarter of the financial year 2024-2025. LTI Mindtree, Bajaj Housing Finance, Tata Consumer, Dalmia Bharat, Thyrocare, Syngene International and Tips Music are some of the notable names among them.
Speaking about its expectations for LTI Mindtree's Q4 earnings, Choice Broking said revenue may grow 10.4 percent YoY during the quarter due to deal ramp-ups, reversal of furloughs and continued growth momentum in BFS vertical. "However manufacturing and retail verticals may see some softness for few quarters. EBIT margin to remain flattish as absorbing wage hike impact may take a bit longer PAT to increase by 10.1% YoY to Rs 12.1 billion," the brokerage further said in its note.
Notably, LTI Mindtree is also expected to declare a final dividend for the previous financial year.

Experts suggest that Tata Consumer Products is likely to underperform its FMCG peers in terms of net profit growth as a result of sharp tea inflation. According to a Moneycontrol poll of nine brokerages, Tata Consumer is likely to report revenue at Rs 4,555 crore, surging 16 percent on-year compared to Rs 3,927 crore in the March quarter of FY24. However, net profit is likely to come in at Rs 311 crore, down from Rs 432 crore from the corresponding quarter last year, falling a whopping 28 percent on-year.
The Q4 results will be announced in a flattish market, with benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty standing in the green with marginal gains. Sensex was up over 204 points to hover around 79,781 while Nifty rose 0.20 percent to stand at 24,218.
