IndiGo on September 19 announced launch of its flights to San Francisco via Istanbul, as part of a codeshare connection agreement with Turkish Airlines.
The flights, effective September 25, brings five more destinations across the US connected by the Turkish Airlines and IndiGo codeshare network expansion, according to a press release. With the addition of the San Francisco route, IndiGo's codeshare agreement with Turkish Airlines will grow to provide access to 39 additional destinations for travellers.
"These flights are being introduced to cater to business and leisure travellers seeking new and affordable flying options to access destinations that facilitate business development and offer tourist attractions," IndiGo said.
