The new gyms had opened in June-July. We have also been concentrating on Yoga which has definitely helped us because they are now generating monthly or quarterly income in the non-peak months which was October, November and December, he said.

We are working on approximately 17 new centres in India, which will open in the next 2-4 months and we are planning to open about 15-17 new centres in Sri Lanka so we will increase our presence in Sri Lanka too. We are discussing about 30-35 centres in the next three-four months, he added.

We are presently exploring the South Asian economy and Malaysia are on our windscreen along with Vietnam. We are doing some amount of analysis of those areas. Hopefully, we will be able to concretise those plans by the end of this quarter, said Gawande.
