Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) on May 16 reported 4% jump in net profit at Rs 504 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025. It reported net profit of Rs 484 crore in the year-ago period.
The capital goods firm's revenue rose 9% to Rs 8,993 crore in Q4FY25 as against Rs 8,260 crore in Q4FY24.
The firm declared final dividend of 50 paise per share for FY25.
At 2:35 pm, BHEL's shares on BSE were trading 1.6% lower at Rs 251 apiece. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 335.35 and 52-week low is Rs 176. The market capitalisation of the stock is Rs 87,000 crore.
The firm's power revenue rose marginally from Rs 6,168 crore in Q4FY24 to Rs 6,192 crore in Q4FY25. Its industry revenue rose 34% to Rs 2,801 crore in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 2,092 crore in Q4FY24.
