SAIL Q3 PAT seen up 35% at Rs 1463 cr

SAIL is to announce its third quarter results. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, the company Q3FY11 revenues are seen up at Rs 11378.23 crore versus Rs 10806.17 crore, quarter-on-quarter, QoQ.

Steel Authority of India, SAIL is to announce its third quarter results. According to CNBC-TV18 estimates, the company Q3FY11 revenues are seen up 5.29% at Rs 11378.23 crore versus Rs 10806.17 crore, quarter-on-quarter, QoQ.

Its operating profit is seen up 30.31% at Rs 2208.63 crore versus Rs 1694.78 crore.

Its net profit is seen up 35% at Rs 1468.43 crore versus Rs 1090.01 crore.

Q3FY11 Expectations

* Volumes to improve by 5% QoQ to 3.18 mt
* Realisation per ton expected to be stable at Rs 35664/ton
* Margins to improve sequentially despite higher costs
* Expect OPM of 19.4% vs 15.68%
* Key focus areas demand & expansion project execution
