    Ramco Systems plans Rs 40cr rights issue

    Ramco Systems has entered into the growing Bangladesh market and also has a rights issue on the cards. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, R Shankar, Executive VP, India Middle East and Africa, Ramco Systems says, the ratio is yet to be worked out.
