SC call on diesel ban not binding on NGT's CV registration order

Last December, the Supreme Court had slapped a ban on diesel vehicles with engine size of over 2000 cc. Tata Motors had moved the NGT then seeking clarity on whether trucks were included within the gamut of the term "vehicles".
