CNBC-TV18 yesterday reported that Reliance Capital may make a strategic announcement for asset management business this week. According to sources, the press conference would happen in the evening today around 5 pm. The Asset Management Company business is the biggest cash cow for Reliance Capital and the board could approve an IPO for the AMC business, which will be a big trigger for the company.
