The Telecom Commission has sought clarity from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on why it has suggested different timing for re-farming spectrum in 900 Mhz and 800Mhz band. TRAI is likely to respond to the sector's highest decision-making body by May 15, CNBC-TV18 has learnt.
