Software Technology Group International Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2016 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2015 after these results are reviewed by the Audit committee of the Board.Pursuant to this, the company has decided that trading window shall remain closed from January 16, 2016 upto January 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) and end 48 hours after the results are made public for prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with Securities of the Company. During the closure of trading window, insiders and their relatives have been advised not to deal in the shares of the Company.Source : BSE
