Kennametal Offer for sale of shares by Promoter

Kennametal promoter has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of 2,892,333 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to approximately 13.16% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Kennametal India.

Kennametal Inc. ("the Seller") is the promoter of Kennametal India Ltd (the "Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for Sale of 2,892,333 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each ("Sale Shares"), aggregating to approximately 13.16% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Kennametal India Ltd, by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchange") for this purpose.The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchange and shall commence on March 14, 2013 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3.30 p.m.Source : BSE
