Royal Cushion to demerge Unit I & II and merge them with Vijayjvot Seats

Royal Cushion Vinyl Products has submitted the Revised Draft Rehabilitation Scheme (DRS) containing proposals for revival of the Company with the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction whereby it is proposed to demerge Unit I & II and merging them with Vijayjyot Seats.

Royal Cushion Vinyl Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has submitted the Revised Draft Rehabilitation Scheme ("DRS") containing proposals for revival of the Company with the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction ("BIFR") whereby it is proposed to demerge Unit I & II of the Company and merging them with Vijayjyot Seats Private Limited (our Group Company) with effect from the Appointed Date being January 01, 2013 subject to approval from ("BIFR") and other concerned parties.Source : BSE
