Vaani Kapoor is all set for an exciting year ahead, with two back-to-back films slated for release. One of them is Raid 2 alongside Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh. At the trailer launch of the film, the actress looked every bit the part in an ethereal ivory Anarkali set.
Even though she opted for a traditional ensemble, it was tailored to her style. The ivory Anarkali featured a gorgeous, flowing silhouette in Chanderi fabric, beautifully adorned with rich Ari embroidery. It was paired with a strappy blouse that added a modern touch with its plunging neckline.
Styled with a churidar, she carried a matching Chanderi dupatta detailed with exquisite foil print. Vaani was quite the dazzling star in the delicate Anarkali set, striking a perfect balance between traditional beauty and contemporary charm.
Her gold chaand earrings with a cuff bracelet enhanced the beauty of her dreamy outfit, while her soft glam was pitch-perfect - a radiant base, hints of gold and pink blush, and glossy pink lips. Her straightened hair complemented the ensemble.
Sharing pictures from the trailer launch of her upcoming film, she wrote, “Desi Couture.” Her friend Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor praised her in the comments, writing, “Oh wow, so photogenic.” Raashi Khanna called her a “beauty.” Many others called her “stunning.”
This ethnic look is in sharp contrast to her recent public appearance at Vivienne Westwood’s fashion show held in Mumbai. For the event, she channelled her inner diva in a subtle gold, one-shoulder dress.
