While walking the ramp during the evening gown segment at Miss Universe 2025 event in Thailand, Miss Universe Jamaica 2025 Gabrielle Henry accidentally stepped off the edge and fell down.
What exactly happened
Dressed to impress, Henry wore a stunning orange gown and was walking the ramp with great grace and poise. It was while she was taking a turn, she fell from the stage. As soon as the incident happened, members from the audience rose from their seats and Miss Universe Organisation president Raul Rocha and Miss Universe Thailand director Nawat Itsaragrisil too rushed from the stage to arrange for help.
Moments later, Henry was escorted to a medical facility on a stretcher. Later, she was taken to Paolo Rangsit Hospital for further medical evaluation.

As per The News International, Henry is now in a stable condition and has not sustained any major injury. She will continue to be under observation. For those of you who are wondering whether Henry will be able to participate in the Miss Universe 2025 final that is scheduled for November 21, the medical teams are assessing her condition closely and so far nothing can be ascertained.
