Aneet Padda, who won audiences’ hearts with her debut movie Saiyaara, turned showstopper at the grand finale of Lakmé Fashion Week for designer Tarun Tahiliani. It was a first for the actress, who looked stunning in a sheer, glittering, earthy-hued ensemble.

Decoding Aneet Padda’s showstopper look at LFW

Aneet walked the ramp in a golden saree-inspired gown that was draped beautifully around her slender frame. Part of Tarun Tahiliani’s new collection Bejewelled, it lived up to its name with its shimmer and shine.

The designer shared, “Crafted in metallic sequins that lend an ethereal texture and fluid movement, it is delicately embellished with Swarovski crystals, a seamless blend of Indian artistry and contemporary glamour.”

Talking more about his new collection, the designer wrote, “For me, being bejewelled has never just been about wearing ornaments. It is about the light that comes from within and how that light is translated into Indian sensuality in clothing. With this collection, I wanted to celebrate that spirit, and each silhouette is reflective of it: luminous, layered, and wearable.”

Aneet’s accessories and beauty game
Aneet’s accessories included pearl bracelets and a statement ring that added charm to her overall look. Her centre-parted hair was styled in waves with a blowout effect. Her makeup was equally glamorous, with generous use of pink and gold on her naturally beautiful features.
