UPSSSC has released the DV schedule for Assistant Accountant and Auditor posts. The verification will take place from 1st to 7th August 2025 at the Lucknow office.

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the document verification (DV) schedule for the posts of Assistant Accountant and Auditor under Advertisement No. 05-Exam/2023. The DV round will be conducted from 1st August to 7th August 2025, in two shifts daily, at the UPSSSC office located on the 3rd Floor, Pickup Bhawan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

This is the final stage of the recruitment process. Candidates who have been shortlisted must ensure they carry all the required documents in the proper format.

DV Schedule: Key Dates and Shifts

Document verification will be held in two shifts each day:

  • Shift 1: 10:00 AM
  • Shift 2: 1:30 PM

How to Download DV Letter

Shortlisted candidates can download their DV call letter by following the steps below:

  1. Visit the official website: upsssc.gov.in
  2. Go to the ‘Important Announcements’ section.
  3. Click on the link titled ‘DV Call Letter 2024 – Auditor/Assistant Accountant’.
  4. Enter your login details and submit.
  5. The DV call letter will appear on the screen.
  6. Download and print it for reference.

Documents to Carry for DV

Candidates are required to carry the original documents along with a self-attested photocopy of each. The list includes:

  • Certificates of educational qualifications
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Proof of domicile and age
  • Reservation-related documents (if applicable)
  • Aadhaar card or any other valid government-issued photo ID
  • Two passport-size photographs
