ISRO Recruitment 2025: Applications open for 141 vacancies, check official notification here

The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has started the recruitment process for 141 vacancies at its Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SDSC SHAR). Candidates with qualifications ranging from Class 10 to M.Tech can apply for different posts. The online application window will remain open until 14 November 2025 on the official website, isro.gov.in.

All positions include additional allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per government rules.

The eligibility varies according to the post:

• Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ – Minimum 60% marks in ME/M.Tech/M.Sc (Machine Design) and 65% marks in BE/B.Tech (Mechanical).
• Technical Assistant – First-class diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognised institute.
• Scientific Assistant – First-class B.Sc in Chemistry or BFA in Photography/Cinematography.
• Library Assistant ‘A’ – First-class graduate degree in Library Science or related field.
• Radiographer-A – Two-year first-class diploma in Radiography.
• Technician ‘B’ – Class 10 pass with ITI/NTC/NAC certificate in a relevant trade.
• Draughtsman ‘B’ – Class 10 pass with ITI in Civil Draftsmanship.
• Cook, Fireman ‘A’, Light Vehicle Driver ‘A’ – Class 10 pass from a recognised board.
• Nurse-B – Three-year first-class nursing diploma with State Nursing Council registration.

Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. It is advised to check the official notification for post wise details.

The age criteria as of 14 November 2025 are as follows:

• Scientist/Engineer ‘SC’ – 18 to 30 years
• Technical Assistant, Library Assistant, Radiographer, Technician, Draughtsman, Cook, Driver, Nurse – 18 to 35 years
• Fireman ‘A’ – 18 to 25 years

Relaxations are applicable for reserved categories: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwD candidates. Women and ex-servicemen are also eligible for additional age relaxation.
