this like PE firm now.. they will ruthlessly sell assets and make sure that no extra capital is wasted for anything but growth . they have not bought this as a family business. they need to make share price grow..no long term strategies. they will do short term and make sure its staff and plans start to deliver. luckily consumption is back. lets hope travel and tourism also hold up for 3 years . thats the time thats needed .. sale of property will be done at market rate. u can be sure they would taken care to get valuation. underprice will attract IT scrutiny and the last thing that Multiples will do is to get VIP into a tax scrutiny ..it will be worth 40 cr. we dont know the details and what is VIP share. whats important is not thats they are selling to Piramal ...its rhta they are selling hard assets and recovering cash that will be used to make share price grow View more
