The engineering division focuses on turnkey engineering procurement and construction contracts for hydro mechanical equipment for hydro power and irrigation projects. The projects in hydro power space involve activities, such as civil construction, electromechanical component and hydro mechanical equipments. The Companys subsidiaries include OM Metals Consortium Pvt Ltd, which is engaged in developing a residential project on a 19,000 square meters land at Statue circle Jaipur, and OM Metals Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., which is engaged in holding stakes in different special purpose vehicles (SPVs) for different projects in Hyderabad, Faridabad and Jaipur. On September 30, 2011, Om Metal Auto Private Limited ceased to be subsidiary of the Company. On July 15, 2011, Om Gaima Projects Private Limited ceased to be subsidiary of the Company..The company also in the business activities of Engg, Division, Other Divisions.
