Anup management in its q2 results transcript mentioned about acquisitions been a possibility. with the possibility of a Houston office to open in the future, here is a possible acquisition possibility there is a company about 3x more turnover in the US with multi country operations and in the same business and more. A LBO or a buyout jointly with an PE partner is a good chance. Clearly, it is David buying a goliath, but this goliath is a bit sick and with PE firms who would like to sell it suitably. This will help them great leverage into US business and also into Europe with operations in Europe too. Just a thought as i happen to come across this company View more
