Big announcements like value unlocking to all stakeholders are mentioned by the company every now and then. An agency is appointed to suggest ways and means to partsell Information technology business and use the proceeds to invest in healthcare businesses. No updates..Whenever promoters wants preferential share allotments, price is dragged down to suite their pockets. It is happening over the last two years and on at least three occasions, preferential allotments made and share price artificially maintained. I think it is the time before investors abandon the counter enmass, Management should recalibrate its strategy and ensure good governance. Hope they are listening View more
